Shower had mold, thermal pool was dirty.

Wonderful
The location was excellent! I really like the variety of food.
My room was right on top of the lounge and patio. I don't smoke and my husband gets very sick with the smoke of cigarettes, and every night I opened the balcony there was a moment in which the cigarette smell got into my entire room. I was forced to close the balcony for a couple of hours every night. The people that don't smoke should be put on the other side of the hotel. But other than that it was good.

Receptionist, entetairners, buffet, disco, animation, hall, room, view from the room.
To wear mask. Waiter in cafeteria said to my husband to wear a mask to order for a coffee. I would have liked more information and invitation or classes dor the gym.
